1 Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Fulfilix OMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, companies, staff members, administrators, merchants, and anyone who accesses Fulfilix through a web portal, subdomain, integration, API connection, or related service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Fulfilix OMS. If you are using Fulfilix on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that company.
2 Services Provided by Fulfilix
Fulfilix OMS is a cloud-based order management and fulfillment platform designed to help businesses manage orders, inventory, customers, products, warehouses, shipping, courier bookings, sales channels, and operational workflows.
- Order management, confirmation, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
- Inventory management, product variants, stock movements, and stock visibility.
- Third-party sales channel integrations such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, or similar platforms.
- Courier and logistics integrations for booking, tracking, cancellation, and shipping workflows.
- Reports, dashboards, staff permissions, role-based access, and operational tools.
We may update, improve, replace, remove, or modify any feature to improve performance, security, compliance, or user experience.
3 Accounts, Access, and Responsibilities
To use Fulfilix, you may need to create a company account and provide accurate information, including company name, user name, email address, phone number, subdomain, and other setup details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must not share your password with unauthorized users.
- You are responsible for activity performed under your account or company workspace.
- You must ensure that staff roles and permissions are assigned correctly.
- You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
Fulfilix may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being used in violation of these terms, applicable laws, platform policies, or security requirements.
4 Subscriptions, Plans, and Payments
Fulfilix may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, custom plans, or usage-based services. Available features may depend on the selected plan, company subscription, enabled modules, and admin-approved feature access.
- Plan features may vary by package, module, industry, or company requirements.
- Payments, renewal cycles, limits, and pricing may be communicated separately.
- Failure to pay applicable charges may result in service limitation, suspension, or termination.
- Custom development, integrations, migration, or support services may have separate charges.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has started, except where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by Fulfilix.
5 Customer Data and Business Information
You own the business data you upload, sync, create, or process through Fulfilix, including orders, customer records, product records, inventory data, shipping details, and related operational information. You grant Fulfilix permission to process this data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
- You are responsible for ensuring your data is lawful, accurate, and authorized for processing.
- You should avoid uploading prohibited, illegal, or unauthorized information.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where required by your business.
6 Third-Party Integrations
Fulfilix may connect with external platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, courier companies, payment providers, messaging services, analytics tools, or other APIs. These third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, pricing, restrictions, limits, and availability.
- You authorize Fulfilix to connect with third-party accounts that you choose to integrate.
- You are responsible for providing valid API credentials, tokens, and permissions.
- Third-party downtime, API changes, rejected credentials, rate limits, or policy changes may affect functionality.
- Fulfilix is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform failures or external API changes.
For Shopify, you may be asked to approve permissions during OAuth authorization. Fulfilix uses those permissions to sync and manage approved store data according to the features you enable.
7 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fulfilix only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use Fulfilix in a way that harms other users, merchants, customers, partners, or infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt Fulfilix systems.
- Do not upload malicious files, scripts, spam, or illegal content.
- Do not use Fulfilix to process fraudulent, deceptive, prohibited, or unauthorized transactions.
- Do not violate third-party platform policies, courier policies, privacy laws, or consumer protection rules.
- Do not resell, copy, or commercially exploit Fulfilix without written permission.
8 Availability, Maintenance, and Support
We aim to keep Fulfilix reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, network failures, security updates, third-party outages, or unexpected errors.
- We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance when required.
- Support response times may vary by plan, urgency, and available support channels.
- Feature requests and custom changes may be handled separately from standard support.
- We may temporarily limit service access to protect security or stability.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulfilix, its owners, team members, developers, partners, or service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, courier delay, integration failure, or third-party service issues.
Fulfilix provides tools to help manage operations, but final responsibility for orders, shipping, customer service, inventory decisions, payment decisions, and business compliance remains with you.
10 Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Fulfilix at any time. Fulfilix may suspend or terminate access if there is a violation of these terms, non-payment, security risk, abuse, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.
- Access may be limited if payment is overdue or a plan expires.
- Data may be retained or deleted according to our operational, legal, and technical requirements.
- Connected integrations may stop working after account closure or token revocation.
11 Changes to These Terms
Fulfilix may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates may be made to reflect new features, legal requirements, business changes, security improvements, or third-party platform requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of Fulfilix after changes means you accept the updated terms.
